Antique 1880 Royal Doulton Advertising Grocers Dairy Display English CREAMSEP Cream Separator

$399.99 $299.99

Brand Royal Doulton

I am so excited to offer this fantastic piece!  Here is a rare English stoneware cream separator bowl dubbed the "CREAMSEP" from England c1880.

Here is a rare transfer-printed piece for the kitchen, an English stoneware dairy separating bowl. Patented as 'The Creamsep,' and produced for The Churn Company in Hailsham, England by The Doulton Pottery of Lambeth, circa 1880. Very heavy and substantial, the incorporated separating tube runs from nearly the bottom of the bowl to the pouring lip. This bowl also works well for pouring batters and it just looks amazing on the counter holding fruit, flowers, as a catch-all or mixed amongst your other advertising / dairy wares such as I show atop my Margarine slab in the first photo.

Marked with the impressed lion and mark l of the Royal Doulton Co.Lambeth

Measures:  11.0ʺW × 11.0ʺD × 4.25ʺH
