Pretty, vintage platter by James Kent / Foley of England.

This stunning, large serving platter is by James Kent / Foley of England. This blue transferware set has a an all over sheet pattern (chintz) border with a pastoral scene featuring a man on horseback crossing over a winding stream on a stone bridge. There are other people in the foreground, two women and a child, a man leisurely resting on the bridges ledge and a couple on horseback. There is a lovely thatched cottage and large trees.

Measures: 16" x 13"

Condition: no chips, cracks, a little crazing… wonderful condition!
