Aesthetic Movement Transferware Pitcher with a stunning wrap around floral motif on either side. It is beautifully scalloped around the rim.
From the Colonial Pottery which was located on the border of two of the Staffordshire towns, Stoke and Fenton, is this very striking pitcher. This piece comes from the Aesthetic Movement period. It was made by F. Winkle and Co. who operated the Colonial Pottery at Whieldon Road in Stoke on Trent from about 1888-1931.
Measures: 6 1/2" tall
Condition: No chips or cracks, minor crazing
