This one of a kind is a charming vintage Mason’s Game Birds plate capturing a peaceful marshland scene, where two beautifully illustrated birds wander among tall reeds, autumn grasses, and delicate yellow wildflowers. Its richly detailed brown transferware border, featuring woodland creatures and intricate botanical motifs, adds another layer of English countryside charm.

To give this imperfect vintage treasure a new story, I’ve added a whimsical jeweled squirrel along the lower edge, its sparkling body and colorful tail appearing as though it has wandered right into the scene. A glittering autumn leaf in shades of green and golden amber rests along the opposite rim, bringing a touch of seasonal warmth and sparkle.

Part of Fragments of Grace: The Beautifully Broken Collection, this one-of-a-kind piece celebrates the quiet beauty of changing seasons and unexpected new beginnings. Just as the marshland prepares for winter, it reminds us that every season of life has a purpose, and that God's grace is present even in times of change. What was once imperfect has been given a new chapter, filled with beauty, hope, and renewed purpose.

Part of Fragments of Grace: The Beautifully Broken Collection, this piece is a reminder that what has been cracked or overlooked can still be gathered up and made beautiful again. To me, it speaks softly of God’s grace — the way He restores what feels damaged, gives purpose to the broken places, and lets beauty remain.

Decorative use only. Not food safe.

Each piece in the Fragments of Grace collection includes a keepsake card with the piece’s title, collection number, and the story behind Fragments of Grace — a reminder that broken does not mean finished, and beauty can still be found in what has been lovingly restored.
