For consideration is this antique plate set from a rare series by Henry A Pausch for English potters Royal Cauldon. These plates looks a lot like creamware with an all over impressed/embossed wide border of a birds and various flowers, berries and branches. The design is done with much intricacy and is stunning! The face of each plate depicts a different bird. Each plate bears a pottery mark with its respective bird name on the back
The plates are in great condition for their age, very fine allover crazing and some allover coloring/slight darkening of the glaze. These sell for $34.99 each so buying the entire set is a deal!
