I have always loved this pattern by Spode / Copeland  scenes in either well of the dish.  Both scenes are the same, depicting a cottage and brick or stone paved road.  The divider is arched higher at the centre and each side mimics the design around the border.  It has a wide border in a brick red pattern of feathers, small flowers and foliage.

This comes from my personal collection which I'm needing to downsize.  I've never come across this piece before.
 This would be stunning as a focal point on a wall with other plates and artwork, or it's perfectly suited to put on a stand or serve your favourite side dishes! 


Measures: appx 12.5” x 9.75” x 3”

Condition is great...no chips or crack, minimal crazing

Last photo is of my partial collection of red/black transferware (from which this piece comes) in my entry way at a previous home we lived in.  We downsized so I’m selling some of my personal collection.  I do custom wall scapes and design as well. Convo me for rates.
