Very Difficult to find this color and this square shaped plate!
This is probably one of my favorite castle patterns. The transferware plate by Enoch Woods of England in the highly collectible Castles series depicts Stokesay. The trees at the edges of the scene seem to just drip and bleed right into the floral border...it is stunning...one of my favorite borders ever!
Measures: 10”
Condition No chips or cracks. Heavy crazing with minor, even darkening in the glaze.
