And this very handsome character from Radnor of England depicts a traditional Scottish landowner wearing Highland clothing including a tartan plaid kilt, green jacket with wide cuffs, knitted tartan socks, sporran and holding a “Glengarry bonnet." He's draped in a tartan wool.
