Fragments of Grace No.4  — The Cottage Keepers

A one-of-a-kind altered antique Coalport Kings Ware “Pastoral” 6" plate from the Fragments of Grace collection by Nancy’s Daily Dish.

This small pastoral scene has been given a new life with three jeweled birds perched along the rim, appearing almost like little sentinels watching over the cottage, the path, and the figure below. Their warm golden, brown, and green tones echo the colors already found in the plate, making them feel as though they have quietly flown into the scene and chosen to stay and watch over the cottage below.

Once imperfect, this piece has been thoughtfully reimagined into something decorative, meaningful, and beautifully reborn. The Cottage Keepers is a sweet reminder of home, shelter, and the quiet grace of being watched over.
