You'll love this stunning circa 1900-10 antique, blue transferware teapot.  It features an all over blue chintz transfer, also called a sheet pattern as it covers the entirety of the body in a continuous design.  There is a band of hand enameled roses and flowers around the center, trimmed with gilt and set against a white striping which makes it pop.  
It also features a ribbed shape around the base.  This is a rare and difficult to find a teapot (shorter version as well as trivet plate are also shown and sold separately).  Made by Deltons of Burslem who were earthenware manufacturers at the Newport Pottery, Stoke-on-trent England from about 1901-1910.  Deans was operated by Samuel Webster Dean, chairman of better known Edge Malkin & Co

Condition: is good having no chips, cracks, some crazing and wear to gilt trim
