Reproduced in 1908 from a teapot dating to 1761 found in John Wesley's London home, this  piece is nearly mint (if not).  It has a prayer (different verses on either side), both framed by a blue floral transfer band.  On one side is the sweet prayer by John Cennick, which reads:  

"Be present at out Table Lord

Be here and everywhere ador'd

These creatures blefs & grant that we

May feast in Paradice with thee"

Notice the incorrect spelling of bless and Paradise.

On the opposite side is part of the 2nd of 3rd verses of the same poem which reads:

We thank the Lord for this our food

But more because of Jesuf's (the f is actually on the pot!) love

Let manna to our Souls be given

The bread of Life sent down from Heaven

Measures: 7.25" x 9" handle to spout
Condition: no chips, cracks, … wonderful condition!

John Cennick (12 December 1718 – 4 July 1755) was an early Methodist and Moravian evangelist and hymnwriter. He was born in Reading, Berkshire, England to an Anglican family and raised in the Church of England.

The poem in full reads as follows:

Be present at our table, Lord;
Be here and everywhere adored;
Thy creatures bless, and grant that we
May feast in paradise with Thee.

We thank Thee, Lord, for this our food,
For life and health and every good;
By Thine own hand may we be fed;
Give us each day our daily bread.

We thank Thee, Lord, for this our good,
But more because of Jesus’ blood;
Let manna to our souls be giv’n,
The Bread of Life sent down from Heav’n.

At age nine, he heard his dying aunt proclaim "Last night the Lord stood by me and invited me to drink of the fountain of life freely and I shall stand before the Lord as bold as a lion." The words stayed with him for many years as the focus of his own fear of death and concern for his salvation.
