Antique Imperiale et Royale of Nimy Belgium Faience transferware plate in black.

This lovely plate depicts a family kneeling in prayer at what I guess to be a shrine they've come across on their travels.     It is bordered with a pretty strawberry and vine border.  Numbered 11 in the lower left of the scene.  Absolutely beautiful!
