Here's a charming example of a Staffordshire, brown transferware platter from the Aesthetic Movement by T & R Boote in the simple and sweet Daisy pattern.  This platter features a unmatched daisy bouquets at either side with a butterfly above and a bird below.  It would be lovely hanging vertically.

Circa 1883 
Measures: 12 1/4" x 8 3/4"
Condition No chips or cracks, some crazing and minor rough spots here and there

T & R Boote were earthenware manufactures in the heart of North Staffordshire, at Burslem, from 1842 to about 1960 and operated at several different potteries.
