Here is a gorgeous, black transfer platter by Kensington of Staffordshire in the Balmoral 1801 pattern. Tons of florals and Victorian roses decorate this piece with a butterfly and bird fluttering amongst the flowers. It has a scrolled border and wonderful rectangular shape! Rare color too!
