Here is an antique light black / gray transferware plate by Spode / Copelandin the Richmond Views pattern The scene depicts a beautiful cottage (I think this looks like, and may be, Willy Lots cottage at Flatford Mill). Charming nonetheless. My favorite thing about this piece is the border which is a beautiful blend of lacey scrolls and flowers.
