Absolutely beautiful, is this rare and unusual teal transferware platter dating to about 1900. The pattern is Merion and manufacturer is Grindley. The platter has 14 sides/points decorated with a teal green transfer of roses, leaves and Victorian scrollwork and embossed /relief detailing at the sides.

Measures: 19" x 13.5"
Condition is excellent having only some minor manufacturing glaze pops

Clearly marked on the back including the British registration number as shown in the photo as Design Registry Number 292397, dating to 1897
