very rare, antique   Red Transferware Ironstone Rolling Pin  dating to the late 1800’s.  It features trailing leaves intertwined with a geometric, Japanesque border, so indicative of the Victorians love of nature. The transfer is a burgundy red.  Solid wood handles


Measures: appx 14”
Condition: very good, one shallow chip on one end as shown
