Antique Blue Chinoiserie Toast Rack & Breakfast Plate

I just love this piece. The Chinoiserie (French word for Chinese-esque) design mimics the classic Blue Willow pattern.  This breakfast tray has a double slot toast rack integrated into the design with three raised portions on the plate which originally would have held a pepper pot, salt shaker or open salt and a small covered dish.

Truly an exquisite piece of antique English china by one of the worlds best known makers. Toast racks are hard to find, even harder with the plate attached!

In 1907 the works was renamed Crescent Potteries.
