For consideration is this vintage English plate by Royal Staffordshires Claric Cliff in the Rural Scenes / Pastoral Davenport pattern. The plate depicts a charming farm scene with horses pulling carts and men atop huge piles of hay. The foreground encompasses a wooden fence and chickens/hens in the yard. The border is a stunning blend of berries intertwined amongst greenery and 4 insets of farming tools....very unique and different from most borders which consist of florals or geometric designs. This is one of the most beautiful scenes on transferware ever!
Condition: No chips or cracks, crazing is present
