Brown, Westhead, Moore & Co. were producers of high end earthenwares and porcelains at Hanley, Stoke On Trent from 1862 to 1904

It is a gray-green color depicting a man in uniform, two women in period clothing and a pair of dogs. One woman is pointing to the castle in the distance. It has a wonderful tartan plaid border and pierced, tab handles.

For consideration is this rare and wonderful antique compote by Brown Westhead Moore.

Measures 12" handle to handle x 2.25" high

Condition: Good, one chip mostly under right handle...barely visible from the top
