I love this beautiful plate by England's Wedgwood in the Patrician series. The face of the plate has a lovely floral Chintz of tiny red transferred flowers with yellow and blue hand painted highlights. It is bordered with a unique relief / embossed pattern of scrolls and flowers. The border and rim are trimmed with dark red which sets the plate off beautifully!
