Vintage Old World Botanical Still Life Tole Ware Tray

This large tray would be perfect displayed on a wall, atop a hutch or curio cabinet, on a table or as a lovely piece of art on your wall.     It is a scalloped black metal / tole tray with gold around the inside rim.  The scene depicts a large woven rattan basket filled to overflow.  There are cherries, pears, peaches, grapes, pomegranate,  plums and currants.  There is a butterfly at the upper right on a piece of fruit and a snail trailing across the table.   It was made in England.  Absolutely charming to use or hang in the wall.


Measures: 22 1/8" x 17 3/8" x 1"

Condition:  Very good, no dents or dings, some minor scratching here and there and a few little spots that should wipe away (One spot in the upper right corner looks like it had a sticker there and I did wipe a bit off but will leave the rest to the lucky buyer of this beauty.  It’s such a classic scene!
