Early Copeland Spode
Royal Jasmine
The beautiful Royal Jasmine, Marina line from Spode Copeland embellishes this plate with it's central cabbage roses and delicate flowers. The border is gently embossed/raised and has a feathery plume of Victorian scrollwork surround primroses, daisies and other small flowers.
This is an old piece, not a new one from the Archive collection by Spode. I have other pieces in this pattern available.
Measures 6.5"
Condition: No chips or cracks. There may be some minor crazing, commensurate to age present.
Marked on back: Copeland Spode England Marina s 682. Spode's "Royal Jasmine" England This is also impressed with the oval shape reading Copeland Spode and ?Imperial? (can't make out the last word) as well as an impressed number
Please note that I have a few of these plates and all have a mark but it may be placed differently on the back of the plate
