Scenic Purple / Plum / Mulberry Transferware

For consideration I am offering this beautiful, creamware plate from England's famed Wedgwood potteries.  The plate is done in the two color process and features a charming French / English countryside scene in black at the center.  In the foreground, a man is standing beside his horse as it drinks from the stream.  Further in, a man carries his rifle over his shoulder.  Around the scene on the rim is a lovely garland of oak leaves and acorns done in a shade of purple.  The outer rim is embossed with gentle plumes.

There are four different plates available each with a different scene in the center. The other scenes are listed and sold individually.

 Perfect for your French Country or English Cottage kitchen!

It is marked on the back : Ferrara Etruria England Wedgwood

No chips or cracks with exception to one small flake on the back rim, some surface wear or crazing.
