Crown Ducal Blue Transferware Pilgrim Teapot Lamp Indian Spout / The Mayflower Colonial Times

$199.99

Brand Crown Ducal

Vintage Crown Ducal
Colonial Times
BLUE TRANSFER WARE TEA POT
Circa 1930

For consideration is this hard to find and highly collectible teapot which has been converted into a lamp in the Colonial Times series from Crown Ducal.  One side depicts The Mayflower and the other depicts Indians in a small boat rowing out  to them.  The spout is an amazing relief of an Indian while the finial that was on the lid is a pilgrim head converted into the lamp finial.  It sits on an antique'd brass/bronze filigree base that is just beautiful!

The detail is just marvelous!

*Lamp shade is not included

*This lamp is wired and worked at the time I tested it, however it looks like an older wiring job so it may be a good idea to re-wire.   It will need a shade but the original harp (shown) is included.

I used the matching dinnerware for a 4th of July table, which you can see here at my blog:

Measures: 18" tall to top of finial
Condition: No chips or cracks, some crazing commensurate with age
