FLORAL TRANSFERWARE PLATE
For consideration I am offering this beautiful bread or dessert plate in the popular pattern Charlotte by Clarice Cliff of Royal Staffordshire, Burslem, England.
The pattern is engraved from original drawings by J. Cutts, circa 1830 and consists of an intricate French Victorian wire basket filled with an array of fresh cut flowers.
Absolutely beatuiful purple/plum transfer ware.
Measures: 6.75" diameter with a slight scallop shape
Condition: Wonderful. There is very minimal, yet typical, age related crazing.
