The Shepherd’s Little Flock is a sweet red transferware plate reimagined as part of the Fragments of Grace collection. The pastoral scene at the center shows a quiet country moment with sheep gathered near the shepherdess, while the red checkered border gives the piece such charming cottage warmth.

Two pearl-covered sheep have been added by hand along the lower edge, bringing the scene beyond the plate and giving it a soft, dimensional sweetness. They feel as though they have wandered right out of the picture — a little flock gathered safely near home.

This piece is a gentle reminder of care, provision, and being lovingly watched over. Like each Fragments of Grace piece, it celebrates the beauty of something old, tender, and given a new story.
