Here is a fabulous antique Victorian transferware Rabbit Plate by Copeland / Spode. The plate features the iconic Tower border in brown and hand painted in a multitude of colors, pinks, yellows, greens. The darling scene depicts a Mother rabbit and her baby bunnies in a turnip patch. Very rare!!!
Backstamp dates to 1894-1900

After the transfer print, decorators hand-applied enamel colors
This hybrid technique made plates more expensive than standard transferware.
measures 9.25" and is in great condition having no chips or cracks and little crazing
