This antique miniature or single serve teapot was manufactured Circa 1889-1899 by Wildblood & Heath. It was made during a period known as the Aesthetic Movement. The mark W & H was used between 1189-1899 by the Longton, Staffordshire pottery.
It features a brown transferware design with a geometric design overlaid with various flowering branches. It is further hand painted with leaves and flowers in yellow, teal, green, pink, blue and turquoise. There is gilding around the spout, rim and knob of the lid.
Measures:
Condition: no chips or cracks. Remarkably good condition with only some minor fleabites around the spout. There is a little gold loss and crazing.
