  • This unusual, rare teapot was made around 1934 by Arthur Wood and features a stunning faux bois (French for false wood) black transfer with pewter ribbing, silver painted highlights and beautifully bone/antler shapes into the handle, spout and finial on the li which are entirely hand painted. The detail is magnificent.  It also makes a wonderful holder for kitchen utensils!

 

Perfect for a hunt themed table or decor.

Condition: No chips or cracks, minor nick on spout  Some minor crazing, paint and silver loss

 

Measures: 7.5" handle to spout x 5 1/2" tall
