This rimmed bowl has a great border of flowers and berries framing the scene on this plate. It's by Grindley of England. The transfer depicts a rushing stagecoach with lookers on including a Mother and son, an anxious dog and a chicken fiercely trying to move out of the way of the galloping horses. The scene is framed with a pretty floral border.

I love the dog and birds in the foreground.

Measures appx 8"

Condition: No chips or cracks...little crazing
