Sage Brown ish Green Transferware Tea Cup Teacup and Saucer Hand Painted Antique Roses Autumn Colors

$11.49

Brand Ridgway

I am loving the subtle hues of the brownish-olive green / sage transfer and the painted peachy-orange roses. Really simple and lovely. I had fun mixing things up for this fall tablesetting and added a small pumpkin or gourd at each space. It has other, very subtle hand painted shades of brown and gold within the leaves and roses.
When I first came upon this pattern I wasn't sure how I'd display it (I blog about English transferware and wanted to use this in one of my weekly tablescapes). After playing around with it and seeing how versatile it is, I've very much changed my mind. I like it so much that I wouldn't mind having a full set myself! Originally I set a table with some April Cornell linens that had a black background and it really made the plates 'pop'.

I have a matching platter, bowls and plates listed.
