For consideration is this htf lavender square shaped plate in the Old Britain Castles pattern made in Staffordshire England by Johnson Brothers.
The scene depicts Belvoir Castle in 1792 as illustrated by H Fennell. The border is an intricate blend of Victorian scrollwork outlined by delicate & small geometric patterns w/ lush roses and other flowers placed intermittently around it.
Measures 8"
Condition…no chips or cracks, just some age related crazing is present.
