Brand Brown, Westhead and Moore

For consideration is this beautifully detailed plate of a stag standing a few inches deep in water at a streams edge; its reflection cast upon the surface.  It is decorated in soft shades of green and brown.  Around the rim are budding cherry blossom branches. The plate was made during the Aesthetic Movement and was manufactured by Brown-Westhead, Moore & Co of
Hanley at Cauldon Place, Staffordshire, England.
B W M were manufacturers of high-grade earthenwares and porcelain.

Measures: 10"

Condition: no chips or cracks.  Small imperfection on the rim at 9:00. Possibly was repaired
