For consideration is this antique plate by Royal Cauldon. This plate looks a lot like creamware having an embossed border resembling an open basket weave or trellis with daisies in between.
The plate features a red transfer print of a trellis or lattice coming to three diamond shaped. Between the diamonds are hand painted green leaves, yellow and blue flowers.
The plate is in great condition for its age, very fine allover crazing and some allover coloring/slight darkening of the glaze. It has a gorgeous patina. Note that the yellowish spot in the first photo at about 5:00 is a little residue from an old paper sticker which will wash away.
