VINTAGE ENGLISH BLUE TRANSFER WARE PLATE
For consideration is this lovely blue transferware soup bowl or salad plate by A J Wilkinson of Royal Staffordshire potteries of England. This pattern is hard to find. An outer band, transfer printed of big cabbage roses frames a pink cabbage rose in the center which is surrounded by small flowers in lavender, burgundy and pink. The plate is gilded at the rim. Absolutely GORGEOUS!
Measures 10"
Condition is good, there are no chips or cracks. There is crazing.
