For consideration here is one of the most beautiful and sought after patterns in purple transferware in a 10" size plate. This is manufactured by J & G Meakin of Staffordshire England and is produced from hand engravings by Britain's finest craftsmen. It features a stunning view of Haddon Hall, Derbyshire 11th Century with a foot bridge 11th century with a man on horseback crossing a footbridge leading to the castle in the hills. Below is a fisherman on the banks of the river. The border is gorgeous, being of vines and ivy, berries anddelicate little of the prettiest and intricate in detail.

Measures: appx 10 "

Condition: No chips or cracks. There is minor crazing, commensurate to age.
